Returns Policy
You should notify the taking part without delay if you determine to return your order, ideally through phone, and Cancel your order number. If the Shop accepts your Returning, no cancellation rate applies.
If the Shop refuses cancellation, (e.g. guidance of
Bazarneed returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Bazarneed for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:
1-If any customer buys a product from our site then if there is any problem in that product. Then depends on the condition of the shop.
If you put a request for the return of a product, then the number and address of that shop will be provided to youfrom the side of the bazarneed.
In the rest it depends on the shop owner whether he will return the product or not. Every shop has different conditions.
There will be no responsibility of the Bazarneed in this. You can also return the product by going to the shop if the shop owner calls.
- Bazarneed shows you the product and shop details of your local area. So you can buy any product in two ways. By going to one shop, the other is through Home Delivery Option.
A-If you are buying a product by going to the shop, then no Return Policy of Bazarneed will not work Any Product.
B- If you are buying any product from our home delivery option, then we can help you in the same condition of return. We talk to the shop owner and request a return. But it depends on the discretion of the shop owner whether he will return the product or not.For this, we cannot create any pressure on the shop Owner.And you also cannot create any pressure on us to return.
